Inaugural Lower Hudson 100K

Save the Date!

May 24, 2014


Very challenging fatass trail run from Bear Mountain to the George Washington Bridge. Lots of elevation gain (you let us know what your GPS says). There are few places to re-supply (the list will be published shortly). Water filter and/or large hydration pack is recommended for the first 20 miles.

Run through Bear Mountain State Park, Harriman State Park, South Mountain County Park, High Tor State Park, Rockland Lake State Park, Hook Mountain State Park, Blauvelt State Park, Clausland Mountain County Park, Tallman Mountain State Park, Palisades Interstate Park, ending in Fort Lee Historic Park.

  2. Wow! I really want to do this! I lived by the GWB for many years, back in my 20s. (Know those three high rises with bay windows just south of the bridge? I lived in the middle one!) I've hiked all those sections of the long path,and it would be great to run those in one day!

    2. I've done the whole course in sections combined with the yellow trail once by Harriman park. I was very executed to see this since I've been planning to do it on my own. I may still do it before this date. Awesome.
